You acknowledge that while our programs and memberships are marketed on this Website, the actual content delivery and student dashboards hosting are provided by a third-party platform, Payhip.

• Separate Accounts: You may be required to create a separate account on these third-party platforms.
• Platform Terms: Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

3. Paid Memberships and Subscriptions

• Billing: All membership fees are processed via hosting platforms’ Payment Gateways. By subscribing, you authorize the hosting platform to charge your selected payment method.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, memberships renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via your user dashboard, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes affecting active subscriptions.

4. No Financial or Professional Advice

All content provided within our personal finance and business development programs is for developmental purposes.

6. Refunds and Cancellations (CPA Compliance)

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act:

• Digital Goods: Since our programs provide immediate access to digital intellectual property, refunds are generally not provided once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
• Cooling-off Period: If you have purchased a membership but not yet accessed the content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. This will have to be done through the hosting platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinatla Business Development Consultant shall not be liable for:

1. Technical outages or data breaches occurring on third-party hosting platforms.
2. Any loss of profits or data arising from your use of our programs.
3. Direct or indirect damages exceeding the total amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
